This festive cheese tower is creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced with juicy EverCrisp® apple slices and sharp cheddar. Whipped cream cheese, goat cheese, and sour cream create a light, airy base that’s easy to shape and beautiful to serve. Layered with apples, cheese, and fresh dill, it makes an eye-catching, crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 4 oz. goat cheese
• 1 Tbsp sour cream
• 1 bunch dill, divided
• 1 EverCrisp® apple
• 4 oz. sliced cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Add the cream cheese, goat cheese, sour cream, and 2 Tbsp chopped dill to a medium bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well until the mixture is light and airy.
2. Put the cream cheese mixture onto your serving plate and use a butter knife to shape into a tall tower.
3. Thinly slice apples with a mandolin, then cut into quarters. Cut the cheddar cheese into triangles.
4. Alternate layers of apples and cheddar onto the tree tower.
5. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with crackers.
