Ingredients
- 1 Pink Lady® apple, chopped
- Pistakio Creamy Pistachio Spread
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1 inch slices and toasted
- Olive oil
- Flake sea salt
- Lemon zest
Directions
- Use a mandolin to thinly slice apples.
- Spread each slice of baguette with a generous tablespoon of Pistakio pistachio spread.
- Layer the apple slices on top of the spread.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and lemon zest.
