Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participation or entry. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. We will never ask for your credit card information to enter a giveaway.

Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, possessions, and overseas military installations are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Yes! Apples ("Sponsor") is the organizer of this giveaway.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrant agrees to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as they relate to the giveaway.

Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted as outlined in each Giveaway Social Media Post caption. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the date indicated of posting to be eligible.

How to Enter

The giveaway may be entered on Instagram, as set forth in each day's Giveaway Social Media Post caption, or by signing up with email address. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prizes

The winner(s) will receive prizes as detailed in each day's Giveaway Social Media Post caption. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner(s) will be notified via direct message within three (3) days following selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return completed and executed declarations and releases, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering, the entrant understands and agrees that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor shall have the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Additional Terms and Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such a case, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By entering, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between you and the Sponsor will be handled individually in the appropriate courts located in Albany County, New York.
You also agree that any claims related to this Giveaway will be limited to your actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, and you waive the right to claim any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and the right to participate in a class action or similar collective proceeding.

Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor’s website.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. By participating, you release Meta and Instagram of any responsibility related to this giveaway.
