Apple, Halloumi & Honey Toast

    • 1-2 slices of sourdough
    • ½ avocado, sliced
    • ½ apple, sliced thin (we like Honeycrisp or Fuji)
    • 2-3 slices of halloumi cheese
    • Butter
    • Honey
    • Nigella seeds



    1. Grill halloumi on medium-low heat until lightly brown on both sides. (This cheese doesn't melt.)
    2. Toast sourdough, then butter.
    3. Alternate slices of grilled halloumi, avocado, and apple over toast.
    4. Drizzle honey over top and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
