Apple, Halloumi & Honey Toast

Ingredients
- 1-2 slices of sourdough
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ apple, sliced thin (we like Honeycrisp or Fuji)
- 2-3 slices of halloumi cheese
- Butter
- Honey
- Nigella seeds
Directions
- Grill halloumi on medium-low heat until lightly brown on both sides. (This cheese doesn't melt.)
- Toast sourdough, then butter.
- Alternate slices of grilled halloumi, avocado, and apple over toast.
- Drizzle honey over top and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
