Apple, Cheddar, and Prosciutto Skewers

Crisp apples, sharp cheddar, and salty prosciutto come together to create these simple fall skewers. Finished with a drizzle of honey and dried thyme, they’re the perfect sweet-salty bite for autumn gatherings, with no cooking required.

Ingredients
- 1 SweeTango® apple
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar
- 1-2 oz. prosciutto
- Honey
- Dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Slice cheddar into ¾ inch strips. Using a small circle cookie cutter, cut rounds out of the cheese. If you don't have a cookie cutter, slice cheese into 1 inch cubes.
- Cut the apple around the core and square off the edges of each piece. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
- Using cocktail skewers or toothpicks, assemble by first adding an apple cube, then a piece of prosciutto, and finally a cheese circle.
- Arrange skewers on a serving plate, then drizzle with honey and season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
