Apple Burrata Bites

Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced ½ in. thick (around 20 slices)
- Olive oil
- 1 apple, thinly sliced (we like EverCrisp®, Honeycrisp, SnapDragon®, or SweeTango®)
- 8 oz. (1 ball) of burrata or 8 oz. stracciatella
- Topping: honey, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush olive oil on both sides of each bread slice. Arrange in an even layer on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking.
- Transfer crostini to a serving tray. Arrange 3 apple slices on each crostino, followed by a chunk of burrata. Drizzle honey over the whole plate, then sprinkle fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper on top.
