Endive, Blue Cheese, & Apple Bites

Ingredients
- 2 heads of endive, ends trimmed and leaves separated
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 apple, thinly sliced (we recommend Macoun or Red Delicious)
- Honey
- 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
- Flaky sea salt
Directions
- Place the endive spears on a serving platter.
- Fill each with a little blue cheese and 2-3 slices of apple.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chives and sea salt over top. Serve immediately.
