Endive, Blue Cheese, & Apple Bites

    • 2 heads of endive, ends trimmed and leaves separated
    • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
    • 1 apple, thinly sliced (we recommend Macoun or Red Delicious)
    • Honey
    • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
    • Flaky sea salt


      1. Place the endive spears on a serving platter.
      2. Fill each with a little blue cheese and 2-3 slices of apple.
      3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle chives and sea salt over top. Serve immediately.
