Ingredients

  • 6 New York apples, halved or quartered

  • 1/4 cup sugar (refined, brown, raw, or coconut

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. 2.
    Cut apples into halves or quarters, removing core and seeds
  3. 3.
    Combine sugar and spices in a medium bowl
  4. 4.
    Add apples and toss until fully coated with sugar and spices
  5. 5.
    Spread apples in a single layer on a greased baking sheet
  6. 6.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes, tossing halfway through
