Ingredients
- 4 cups New York apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions
- Whisk apple cider vinegar, salt, and sugar until salt and sugar dissolve
- Place apple slices in jar and pour mixture over
- Let sit for at least 1 hour
