Ingredients
- 1/2 New York apple, thinly sliced
- 1-2 cups lettuce (we love Gotham Greens Butterhead Lettuce)
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh herbs, parsley or chives
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Extras—parmesan, manchego, pecans
Directions
- Place lettuce on plate
- Top with apples, tomatoes, and herbs
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
