Recipe Photo - Ginger Apple Rum Cocktail

The SnapDragon’s crispness and balance of acidity and sweetness make this apple the perfect cocktail addition!



  • 1 part dark rum

  • ½ part ginger syrup

  • ¾ part apple juice

  • ¼ part fresh lemon juice

  • 1 ½ parts soda water

  • chopped SnapDragon

  • handful of pomegranate seeds

  • orange slices

  • cinnamon stick


  1. 1.
    Combine rum, ginger syrup, apple juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
  2. 2.
    Pour into an old fashioned glass and top with soda water. Garnish with chopped SnapDragon, pomegranate seeds, orange slices, and a cinnamon stick.
