The SnapDragon’s crispness and balance of acidity and sweetness make this apple the perfect cocktail addition!
1 part dark rum
½ part ginger syrup
¾ part apple juice
¼ part fresh lemon juice
1 ½ parts soda water
handful of pomegranate seeds
- 1.Combine rum, ginger syrup, apple juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
- 2.Pour into an old fashioned glass and top with soda water. Garnish with chopped SnapDragon, pomegranate seeds, orange slices, and a cinnamon stick.
