- 1 KORU apple, core removed and diced
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- ½ c frozen riced cauliflower
- ½ c unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
optional: 2-4 extra ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with KORU slices, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and extra cinnamon.
