Apple & Mango Salsa

This sweet and refreshing take on pico de gallo is sure to please on a hot summer day!

  • ½ KORU apple, diced
  • ¼ white onion, diced
  • ½ jalapeno, diced (with or without seeds, to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Add white onion and jalapeño to a bowl and mix with vinegar. Let sit for at least 5 minutes (this will quickly pickle the ingredients).
  2. Add apple and remaining ingredients. Toss and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
