Recipe Photo - Apple & Mango Salsa

This sweet and refreshing take on pico de gallo is sure to please on a hot summer day!


  • ½ KORU apple, diced

    ¼ white onion, diced

    ½ jalapeno, diced (with or without seeds, to taste)

    2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

    1 mango, diced

    3 Tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped

    ½ lime, juiced

    salt & pepper to taste


  1. 1.
    Add white onion and jalapeño to a bowl and mix with vinegar. Let sit for at least 5 minutes (this will quickly pickle the ingredients).
  2. 2.
    Add apple and remaining ingredients. Toss and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
