Ingredients
CRUST:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
FILLING:
- 4-5 Yes! Apples, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
Directions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.Add all crust ingredients to a large bowl, pack into a sprayed baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- 3.Add filling ingredients to a large bowl and mix together well.
- 4.Top crust with filling and bake for 20 minutes.
- 5.Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top.
- 6.Bake for 10 more minutes, broil for 1-2 minutes so the top comes out golden brown!
