Shopping Tips

  • Most cheeses are priced by the pound, so pay attention to the weight of the cheeses that you pick. We recommend serving 2 oz. of each cheese variety per person.
  • Order the exact amount of cured meat that you want from the deli counter, rather than buying pre-packaged charcuterie.
  • Look for fruits that can be purchased individually.
  • Use what you already have! Check your pantry first for jarred products and other non-perishables, like nuts and dried fruit.
